Not sure exactly what you mean, but I use images from three different digital cameras on my PC. Does this help? Digital images are just digital files, like word documents or spreadsheets (except bigger!). Other than the size, the computer doesn't see them any differently.

In theory yes as thety should all be recognisable by the fuji image capture software, however if you are having problems then invest in a USB card reader (they are gettting very cheap these days) this will allow you to save images from ANY digital camera that takes a memory card.
