Four Generation Photo - Who to include?

I'm planning on doing a four generation photo tomorrow of my family. The photo will be of myself, my mother, my son, and his daughter. Do I include my wife as well? What's the proper sequence of family members? Thanks.

John, frankly, I don't think it really matters. You could do both, that's what I would do.

Tell them where and etc. and After you taken the your photos ask them what photos they would like and take some more photos. After all if you using a digital camera it's not costly unlike film.

Thanks frey. There's only going to be four of us in the photo. I'll take several different angles and poses.
