Re: dioptric adjustment knob
It adjusts the focus of the viewfinder.
For people like me who require glasses.
Turn it each side of centre and watch the fixed items in the viewfinder (the focus points, the shutter speed etc) go in and out of focus.
Just adjust it until you can see the fixed items clearly and without straining.
Then the image will also appear sharp when it's in focus.
Re: dioptric adjustment knob
Yea, its like at the eye doctor, "which is better, one, or two".

Mods, the previous two posts are spam - please remove and ban this individual from posting again...what is it with these guys who think there is something to be gained from spamming a photography forum...reminds of an old saying - "he has a photographic memory, only problem is there is no film in the camera"...
WesternGuy
P.S. Maybe we need a "Report Spam" button somewhere on these entries??

I deleted 32 spams and banned the member. As far as a button to report spam just try clicking on the red triangle to the right of where it says Online or Offline in the bottom left of each post, Jeff
