Canon SureShot or Nikon Lite Touch

Any advice in choosing between a Canon SureShot 115u QD and a Nikon Lite Touch Zoom 130 ED/QD .

I've read the epinions and amazon reviews...they seem pretty even. Any help or other suggestions??

Check for reviews on this site. At that point, it probably comes down to personal preference. You might like the way one operates better than the other, so find a camera store with both and see what you think.

the canon has the same metering system as a old eos camera so that is better than the nikon, however the ed glass in the nikon will definately outperform the canon lens. the now dicontinued canon z155 had a good lens and good metering but nowdays i would go the nikon.

I'd get the canon then you could join the canon shooting club. Just think you could shoot your mouth off and have all your little canon zelots back you up.
