canon eos20d

hi there

i am considering buying the canon eos20. does anyone know how many photos i can take with the card provided with the camera? (at different quality of poss!) and also how many if i purchased the 1gb card

My 20D didn't come with a card.

I can't say exactly how many photos will fit on a card, as it varies with the subject.

Shooting motorsport, I get around 100-130 RAW images on a card.
I always shoot raw (.CR2) unless there is a reason to use jpeg.
The only reason is size :) The buffer held 33 largest size jpeg files, but only 6 raw files.
When there's action and I want a sequence (like a car spinning mid-corner) it may be that the raw buffer isn't big enough.

I have 3x 1G cards, and use a Phototainer (from InnoPlus) to store them onto hard disc so I can continue shooting throughout the day without needing lots of cards.
