    Hello to all ,
Can I use an iPOD as a mobile Harddisk for my pictures? I dont have a laptop, only an iPOD and an Olympus 750 UZ with a 128 mb XD card.... Ill be going for a tour around Europe...dont know how to go digital since I cant afford a truckload of cards or a laptop...

Might have to go the film way then....

    Thanks!

You can use the iPod as an external HD for your files, however in order to use it, you will need a laptop or desktop that has either FireWire or USB 2.

You will also need to download iTunes to enable Disk Sharing (click on the iPod icon and under the Options icon - bottom right - you can enable disk sharing).

By the sounds of it, you will be traveling with just your camera and iPod. Unfortunately you will need a laptop to transfer the images.
