i need a very good printer.i want as good a print as i can get on a 500.00 budget or so.epsonn 2200 im leaning towards rt. now.let me know of any suggestions you may have.i want to buy a printer one time.epson makes one for 1700.00 that is real, fine.i think i can get a good print for less than that.

please let me know what most studios are using.i didnt mention ,i have a studio set up in my outdoor kitchen right now,wife no like,but i need space now for backgrounds and strobes ect.
so i need a great printer to help me out.all you old timers let me know what you have used and abused over the years,and what is still around,and let me know any thing i need to know about ink systems.the bulk ink tanks are really nice looking.

THE EPSON 4000($1700) is overkill for home use, but IF YOU CAN SWING IT(and find it in stock) GET ONE!!!!!!

otherwise.... the 2200 is the HOT printer these days!

but most commercial guys I KNOW have a 4000, or 7 series EPSON(OR BETTER)

I personally have NO need for a printer since I print hardly any and can get prints for NEARLY nothing from friends.
