Battery type for EOS A2

    Battery type for EOS A2
    I left my camera at home and planned on picking up a new battery for a EOS A2 today. Does anyone know what is the best battery to get for this camera?

    Sorry someone didn't respond sooner. You need a 2CR5 which is a 6 V cell. Any of the name brand lithium cells (Energizer, Panasonic, Sanyo, etc.) should work. Just purchase the furthest date in the future that you can locate for 'freshness'.
