    can anyone please tell me how i go about uploading my pictures to be shown on here.

    Hi - scroll down a ways from the box that you type the text in. You'll see a button for "Upload Photos". Click on it, search on your computer for the file then upload. Note the size and file type restrictions. 600 pixels on the longest side of the image works well.
