Trying to Save Last Photo of Cat

My cat died on Xmas Eve and the last photograph that I have of her was taken 3 days before on a cell phone camera. It is kind of blurry because she was moving, but I absolutely
love how she looks in it.
I have tried to sharpen it myself with PaintShop Pro and it doesn't work.
Is there a way to fix this photo? I would be more than happy to take it to a lab for
a professional to work on it, but I want to be sure that there's the possibility before
    I do that.
    Thanks

Can you post it on here, or post a link to it? I'll take a look at it and see what I can do.

My parents lost one of their cats Christmas eve as well. So they went out and got 2 little kittens yesterday.

Wow!! That is so nice of you to offer! Here is the photo.

Also, I'm so sorry to hear about your parents' loss, but happy that the got new kittens
to help fill the void that I know is left in their lives. We have 4 other cats (one is a kitten
we adopted in August) and 2 dogs so, although our house is full, our hearts still
have an empty space left by Stella's passing.

I can't do too much with that image. Any chance you've got a bigger version of it?

The bigger version was too big to upload here. See if this link works:

The image is too small and too much movement to make it sharp. I would say by the file size of the link that the largest you really could get a good print is 3 by 2 inch and that is at 100 dpi.
