    *Photo Shop Question

    Ok I need some help!
I am new to photoshop CS2!
I want to review and add SOME color back into a photo.
I know I have to do the layers....and then add the color back in, but I'm confused as to how to begin this process. Can anyone help me, or direct me to a website that can give me help

Are you editing RAW or jpeg files? I shoot in raw and CS2 makes it really easy to adjust color levels. Just open the RAW image from the bridge and the first screen that comes up is basic color, color temp, contrast, shadow and saturation adjustments.

First of all welcome to the site...

This kind of question is probably better off in the Digital Imaging Forum:

    http://forums.photographyreview.com/...splay.php?f=32

You may want to look through the archives there for similar topics. In any event, we need more info, or at least more specific info.

It sounds like you want to do selective coloring on a b&w or monochrome image. IOW, add color elements to various parts of a shot, almost like the old hand colored pics from the film era.

Is this right? If so, we can begin to give you the steps to do it. So, yeah, tell us what type of file you're working with and what version of photoshop you're using...
