videos as attachments in an email

Can I send videos in my Everio Mediabrowser HD Edition as attachments or a link in an email.
If it can be done,then how do I do it.
Can I get step by step instructions if there are any available.
My email is in Hotmail.com and Mozilla Thunderbird

If they are saved to a video sharing site like vimeo or youtube, then you can email a link to them but not if they are saved locally on your computer. Theoretically you can attach them to an email, however most email clients impose limits on the size of the attachments. This varies from provider to provider, however the usual safe working limit is less than 10mb. HD video is highly likely to be more than 10mb so the practical answer is no.
