    Skyman
this is a tough one. i reckon the best you can do on a budget is go to your nearest large hardware store, i am not sure what you call the OS but in australia hardware house or bunnings and buy a set of tungsten lights on a stand. these set normally come with two positionable lights on them. this will give you the best value for money and power output.

Make sure that you check with the studio manager, techie or whomever. You'll want to plug those work lights that skyman is talking about into an outlet or circuit that doesn't have other stuff plugged into it. Make sure you set the white balance to the light bulb setting (incandesent) and try to keep the lights away from the microphone. You might pick up a little bit of a hum or buzz if you are too close.

    Great suggestion skyman.
