    Roxio or Nero ???

A few days ago I purchased a Panasonic NV-GS50A ecam. Although I am only a beginer at creating movies, the software supplied with the camera seems to be very limited. I would like an opinion on what would be the better and cheaper movie creation software to purchase.

    what are you doing

do you want a program to let you edit, or to create dvd's ? Roxio and nero are both dvd authoring programs, if you want to edit windows movie maker, i movie, adobe premier, studio 8, ez edit, final cut le are all titles to look for.

I think Roxio and Nero and CD/DVD burning programs really. If you are new to this, then look at something from Ulead as well, then maybe something more up market then like the Adobe Premier, Final Cut etc, which costs lots of money.
