What's the best one for me?
I owe a Nikon N70... for years now !!! and it came with me to my trips all over the world...it's time for her retirement!!! and i want to change it for a digital SLR.
I mostly shhot wildlife (have a nikkor 70-300), close ups, and architecture of ancient monuments..... ussualy use the tele VERY much and shoot in low ligths.... I dont like the flash, prefer reeeeally high ISO....
I still have my 70-300, can I use it with a digital nikon?
What do you recomend for me?
    Thanks a lot

I would suggest a D90. Yes your lens will work with it. It will become a virtual 105-450 on the D90 so you may want a wider lens too.
D90 has one of the best high iso performance.

Before you buy, make sure to check the Camera Dealer Feedback forum.

Sounds to me like a D90 might work for you- anything less won't autofocus with with your 70-300, unless it's the AFS VR version, which I doubt it would be since you've had yours for a long time.

I think the D90 comes with the 18-105 as a kit lens (unless you buy body only), which would cover you on the wide end (equal to a 27-158). 27 isn't very wide, but you said you use tele most of the time. You can always get something wider if you need it.
