Whats the best DSLR with at least 5fps and good low light?

I'm interested in a DSLR that has at least 5 fps and is good in low light situations. What camera's would you recommend in the $1500 range and under?

    Thanks in advance.

Your 5fps and price range are limiting you to a single camera, the Canon 20D. There is no "best" about it as it's the only one that meets your requirments. If you lowered your fps requirements to 2.5 you'd have a lot more options.

Wow, only $1500 for a 20D, is that body only?
UK body only price is around £1300, almost worth the trip to the USA!

Pretty much. I dont think any other DSLR camera under 2 grand can do that. At least not brand new.
