I live in Bangkok and I'm about to buy a EOS 400d, but I'm having real trouble finding out if it's worth me flying to Singapore to buy it. I'm thinking of getting either the 18-55mm or an EFS 17-85mm IS lens to go with the standard body. Flights to Singapore are around THB6,500, or £100. I think I can pay THB30,000 in Bangkok (£470). Any help would be much appreciated! :confused:
