Lightbulb DSLR Settings to take Polaroid-like Photos in Camera

I own a Canon Xsi with a 18-55 basic lens, and am VERY curious as to what settings I could use to create a a polaroid like photo IN CAMERA. I realize that there are programs out there to "polaroidize" your photo, and instructions on how to do it in adobe. However does anyone know the correct settings (WB, exposure, ect) to create a polaroid-like image right from the camera?

Your response is very much appreciated.

I'm thinking maybe dial down the saturation and increase the softness? You may also want to increase the iso to milk some noise. I don't know how Polaroidy this will look, just some thoughts on how to dirty up images in camera.
    mostly Nikon gear
