    Problem with Minolta Dimage z1
I just bought one minolta dimage z1 and I need some help.

The problem is that I think the viewfinder doesn't show well the image, on the LCD it appears well but on viewfinder we see the pixels (for me there's some problem with it),if I use the diopter adjustment the image starts to be "blur" and I don't see it well too

I would like to know the opinion about it of someone who knows this camera, to know if it's normal or if it's one problem with my machine.

Thanks on advance, I hope someone can say me why this happens

    I didnt know the Z1 was a DSLR??? (wrong forum! :p )

Anyways, my Z2's viewfiners, both the display and the viewfinder are clear.

As for the blur, check to see that your not in one of the macro modes..... or don't zoom in so far..... also consider turning off 'Cont, Auto Focus' ..... set it to focus once ... or watever it's called (sorry, my camera isnt with me, I'm at work, so I don't remember the specific modes).

Sorry if this was wrong forum and thanks for your answer.
Really the viewfinder of dmage z1 doesn't show good image, it's not good resolution like on the lcd. I just would like to know if it's only mine or if it's normal for every dimage z1.

    Thanks

    Greetings,

My Z1, didn't seem to have any problems with clarity between the LCd and the viewfinder. They both seemed to be rather clear. If you are having a problem with yours, I would suggest, if possible to bring it back to whomever you purchased it from and see if they can replace it or send it up to Minolta under the warranty.

But all in all my Z1 was great. I say was cause I recently sold it after 5 months of intense use and bought a Nikon D70!

Hope that helped you out a bit.
