My buddy and I have just recently started a community to support Digital SLR photographers in hopes that people would find the environment useful (http://www.pixelcritic.com). Photographers can post their images for review, provide their own views, enter competitions and read/write articles.
We're both excited about this as we hope it'll get people more interested in improving their photographic skills. :-)
