Panasonic DMC-FZ30 versus SONY DSC-R1

DMC-FZ30 versus SONY DSC-R1

I am impressed by both camera specifications but I am more likely interested
by wide angle zoom lens of Sony. Before I take my decision
to buy which one, I need to see which one give best picture quality.
I own Fuji S2 PRO for almost 3 years now, I am mainly disappointed by dust
spots in the pictures as dust is always stick on CCD, that's why I decide to
buy fixed zoom lens digital camera this time with wide angle of 24mm lens as great advantage versus Panasonic DMC-FZ30 for my need.
With reputation of Leica made lenses in both camera, I need to see pictures
quality first !!! and see which one is worth ?
I am afraid of noise generated starting from 400 ISO in DMC-FZ30 , am I wrong ?
