Nikon D90, Canon T1i, or Canon 50D

I currently owned a sony a200, however, I feel I need to upgrade. So, I need help deciding which I camera I should get. I don't care about the video recording that the nikon and canon t1i offer. I sumed it down to these 3 cameras. I would also like to hear your opinions on the choices if possible

Not your question, but stick with Sony. There are still a few A700s left for $800 which I believe to be the, by far, best sub$1000 body available - especially if you don't care about video. - TF

Why not stick to your current system? What do you plan on doing with your A200 and accessories?

Further, why do you feel like you need to upgrade? Perhaps your desire to upgrade could be better suited with a new lens than a new camera. If all you've used is the kit lens with your A200, then you've barely scratched the surface of the potential that camera has. Try throwing a 50mm f/1.4 on there, or a 24-70 f/2.8...
