your thoughts on a Minolta Dimage F100

Good afternoon, tried to do a search for this camera but didn't come up with any.
GoodGuys are clearancing em out for $200. Not bad for a 4MP camera I think. I am currently using a Nikon Coolpix 3.2MP camera. Too bulky to stash in my Camelbak when I go mtn. biking. So, I would like to get your guy's thoughts on this digital camera.
Beginner with dig cams and would like to get a decent camera for a good priceplus this camera seems thin enough for the Camelbak.
