Window Shop a digicam for me

I'm tired of shopping for a digicam, maybe you can help me... =)

Digital Camera Specs: must have:
1. at least 3 megapixels
2. non-proprietary storage media (smart media or compact flash), not Sony mem stick!
3. web cam functionality
4. powerful flash, clearer image
5. fast flash, small in between flash time
6. AA or AAA batteries only
7. with built in usb interface.
8. with video/audio capability (recording and playback)
9. resilient - unlike fuji finepix that has defective screen after 1 yr. Screen has multi color
and unlike kodak that has weak plastic body that is shattered
10. cheap :D

Well, let's at least give him credit for defining two cameras that haven't worked out.
