what solvent is safe to clean lens?

what kind of cleaning solvent is safe to clean the lens? What kind of cloth is safe to lens and the LCD screen?

I use a microfiber cloth first on both the lens and the LCD screen. On the lens only (NOT LCD) and not very often I also use Eclipse cleaning solution. They have a kit with about a lifetime of solutions and special cleaning pads for about $10 at Calumet. Also, they are one of the few places that will ship it because it's considered hazardous/flammable cargo (B&H won't).
