Sony HDR-SR1 with HDMI

Just got the new Sony HDR-SR1 because my previous canon was stolen at LAX while the luggage was going thru security search. The caught the gang, but I lost the video camera.

I got the Sony mainly because it supports HD and has the HDMI port which I can simply connect to a HDMI switch which i have set at the front of the HDTV . I have all my HD video equipment connected thruthis central HDMI switching hub.

I simply plug in the video camera to one of the slots and done...

Tested it out this weekend taking my son to the Thomas train ride...Easy to use camera...
