SiPix SC3300, Argus DC3520, or Argus 3640??

Hi! At compusa.com, they have great closeout prices on these three cameras. They are the SiPix SC3300 (3.3MP), Argus DC3520 (2.0MP), and Argus 3640(3.1MP). The prices are $69, $49, and $69, respectively. I am only 15 and all I need is a camera that can snap shots of trips and friends and stuff...but i want them to be decent, printable (4X6) shots because I also like photographing outside things. I already have a Minolta X700 and I am looking to buy a digital camera to carry around. Which should I go with? Thanks for the help guys!!

All of these are probably at the same level of quality. If all you need are 4x6 fun snapshots, these should be OK.
