    Quantaray - 500mm/1000mm Preset Telephoto
    Can someone please tell me about these. I am thinking of getting one since its so cheap. I mainly will use it to shoot birds. Will it work ok for that. Im no stickler for little things, so I was wondering how well these worked for distance shots.

    Quantaray is the house brand for Ritz camera. IMHO, they are cheap for a reason! You would be better off looking for a used lens from a quality manufacturer rather than a new Quantaray.
