Polariod i1237 problems maybe, SD card????

When the Lexar SDHC card is in my camera i can see all the pictures on it, when i plug the carera into the computer it will not display any of the pictures on the computer and does not recognise that they are ther at all. all it says is the is an empty MISC file and no DCIM file. where are the pictures? any help would be appreciated.

That sounds more like a camera problem - like the computer isn't recognizing the camera correctly. It may be a driver issue. Have you installed whatever software came with the camera on your computer?

Most of us here cut out the middleman (the camera) by using a card reader. Then you don't have to worry about software or your camera batteries when you're transferring files to your computer. Card readers are cheap, too. I'd say your best bet is to buy a card reader and see if that works. If you still get the same error, and I doubt you will, then you probably have a card problem.
