Please Help Me Choose!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the board and I would appreciate it if you could help me choose a new digicam. I currently use a FujiFilm FinePix 1300 and it is way overdue for an upgrade. The three that I've narrowed my search down to are:

FujiFilm FinePix s5000
Minolta Z1
Olympus C740 UZ

My main priorities are Red Eye, price under $400 and I would like a decent sized zoom. Pictures will mainly be of my daughter and family and for scenery shots when on vacation. I would also be taking some shots of my fish in an aquarium. I will be doing some printing, mainly 4 by 6 with the occasional 8 by 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you know of a better option, please feel free to make a suggestion. Thanks in advance!
