    Please help; going Digital!
I have decided to finally go digital (yes I know I am behind. :) )

I am an avid scrapbooker so majority of my pictures are 4x6. I like to do the ocassional 8x10.

I have two small children that are very active. So I need one that can take pictures fast and not blur.

I also would like one that is quicker at taking the picture. With kids the moments only happen once and every second counts.

I have boys so they are into lots of sports not sure if any of the digital cameras do triple shot. That would be nice but not a necessity.

I like to have a good zoom (the current SLR I have has 3 lens so I am use to being able to zoom.) I have only seen a 3x zoom and that was to little but I saw a 12x that was more than enough.

I will need one that is good at indoor and outdoor picture taking as I do both.

I like having a nice camera. I have a passion for photography (I am not a professional and will probably never be so not a full professional camera is probably not what I need) and would like a camera that shows that love.

I would be willing to spend up to 1k on a camera but would like to stay around the 400-500range.

What kind of camera do you have now?
The lenses will likely work on a digital slr which will be faster than any point and shoot you can find.

I currently have a Canon EOS Elan 7E. I also currently own 3 lenses for it.
