    Panasonic FZ-28,"confirm view" question.
I just bought a Panasonic FZ 28 but have a question,
When I use “ confirm view “ to review my picture, some picture blink in somewhere of the picture. But if I use “ playback” to review the pictures. My pictures are OK. I like to know if my camera is OK or has problem and someone has same experience.

    Thanks!

Ah, the blinking is to show you the areas that are over-exposed.
They were whiter than white when the camera took the picture, because it was trying to expose for the darker areas, too.

    Re: Panasonic FZ-28,"confirm view" question.
I have my FZ7 set up to blink black, and together with the auto-review function, I can instantly tell if there are any blown-out areas every time a photo is taken.:)

To prevent blown-out areas, change your exposure and metering mode.

Check your manual if by any chance you want to disable the highlight-alert. With my camera, this is done in the “SETUP” menu.
