Nikon Coolpix 5400 lens... which one?
    Hi Experts,

i bought a nikon coolpix 5400 a few months ago. Now, i'm watching for a wideangle lens and a telephoto lens. I looked for Nikon brand, but they are very expensive. I know low price means cheaper quality. I searched on ebay, all have seen is some lens with very poor quality like autofocus problems (Opteka or other "japanese" brands), etc. Then if you have any suggestions, it will be very appreciate.

    Thanks for all

my son has an olympus E20 with a pair of olympus wide/tele converter lenses.. they fit rather nicely on the end of his little fuji 5000 camera.. they give it something like 600mm at the tele end and 28mm at the wide end..

they also if anything actually improve the image quality as opposed to the expected degrade..

they are rather large and impressive pieces of glass and used to be expensive.. with correct adapters they will fit on a lot of mini DSLR shaped cameras and can be had quite cheaply on Ebay..

they are better than anything else u can buy.. i think u can pick a secondhand pair up for about $300 or less..
