Need help picking out a slave flash

I hope this is posted in the right place.

I am working on a project that requires a slave flash and need help finding the right one. I have no experience with these type of flashes. What I need in the slave flash:

1. The ability to fire on the first flash (no pre-flash skipping required)
2. A recycle time of 1 second or less.
3. Needs to be able to sense the flash from about 150FT from a large flash (about 8in in diameter) even during the daylight.
4. Needs to be as compact as possible.
5. CHEAP! This is just a mess around type of project and would like to keep the price as low as possible; like less than $100.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
