    Lumix DMC LZ2 issues
Hey I have a DMC-LZ2 and when I take pictures, it has these weird black bars every few pixels, like dead space where the camera isn't saving information. And sometimes while I'm taking pictures, the colours will just start to ooze down the screen and it just turns into a hazy mess. I'll take some pictures so you can see.

    Code:

I had the camera set on 3 pic snap mode or whatever you want to call it, and this was roughly the progression of the pictures. Each set of 3 was the same, it just got worse each time i took a new set.

Any thoughts? I'm really bummed about this:(

It looks like your Lumix's image sensor is acting up, since red/green/blue dot patterns are visible. Which would make perfect sense if the camera is old – no camera has a infinite life.

Sorry to hear. My suggestion would be to either take the malfunctioning camera to be fixed, or simply buy a new one. Buying a new one will likely be cheaper, plus you get a brand-new product instead of one which is "limping along".

Ah man! I was afraid you would say something like that, but I do appreciate the reply! Guess it's time to start looking for a new one! What a bittersweet thought :D
