Looking for a digital camera !!!!

I am searching for a digital camera under 100 or 150 Dollars. But can't decide. Please reply me with the best camera model that i can get under this price tag. Good image quality and features.

Since Canon's SD1400 is now selling for $149, it would be the best choice.
It's an ultra compact with great features and good image quality - a real no-brainer.
