I was in the process of deciding between the Canon S3 IS and the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC H5 when a friend alerted me to the fact that the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC H9 was scheduled to be released in mid-May.

I looked up the camera specs on the SonyStyle web site and I see that at least on paper it looks real good. Got a max ISO of 3200, NightShot, flip up 3" LCD, 8 MP etc. etc. All for a price of around $450.00 - $500.00.

Has anybody seen this camera (maybe at an electronics show) or maybe someone has seen a advance review posted somewhere. I am trying to figure out if I want to wait for this camera or if I should just go ahead and decide between the Canon S3 IS and the Sony DSC H5.
