Look for a digital camera fitting my zoom
I have (very old) a zoom. I am looking for a digital camera which can support it. Here is my zoom specs:

    Soligor
    zoom macro
    85-205 mm
    C/D
    F:3.8
    Diam 62
    No 3804733

I am using it with a film camera: Canon AT-1 (canon started this series in 1976). But I would like to have a digital camera to which it can be adapted.

    Would appreciate your support.

    Patrick,

There are not to many cameras that fit the old Canon format, however, I bet that lens has screw threads with a Canon adapter. I could be wrong though as I'm not familiar with this lens. Canon does make an FD to EOS adapter but I have never tried it so you may be able to use it with that adapter on a new EOS body.

If you can find the correct screw thread adapter I bet that lens would fit just about any camera. The problem is it will be completely manual and a lot of the new digital cameras may not meter correctly through it so you may have to use a light meter with some cameras. Which ones I can't say.

I have a bunch of FD lenses myself and wish I could use them on my new Pentax DSLR. But such is life.
