lens cleaning

Is it alright to clean the front of the lens of my Canon S410 with a pre-wetted eyeglass lens cloth. You know, the ones that come in a pouch you rip open and they smell like rubbing alcohol? Is this ok?

By the way, I love this new camera! The picture quality beats the pants off my old Olympus C-3000. I didn't know what I was missing!
