Kodak LS443

A student who is helping me this summer has a Kodak LS443. She said that the dealer told her that the front bezel can be removed to add a lens to the camera.

I have tried to move the bezel, as has a couple of others. Was she given good information, and if so, how is this moved?

No one wants to force it, as to damage the camera.

She did, and so did I. We see that an adapter has to be first installed to use the lenses.

I called Kodak today, and they say the front bezel just rotates to permit this; I told them the situation and was told of the minimum service charge to loosen the bezel.

So, if someone out there has done this already, please tell me how to do this for her, so damage is not done.
