I am looking to get two cameras: a dSLR and a ultra-compact to carry around in my pocket always. I've been looking around at ultra-compact and currently the front runners are the F10, F20, and F30. Does anybody have any feelings about them? Are the as good as I'm gonna get in an ultra-compact? Will they really fit in my pocket like a wallet or phone would?

I have read that where they really standout from the crowd is at high ISOs in the dark. To save money I'm thinking of getting an older model either used or on clearance. I saw a minimal difference in quality between the the three (particularly the F20 and F30), is there any major incentive to get the newer ones?
