Help the newby

:) Hi I'm new. My best friend sat on her Olympus D-630 and the LCD no longer works. Can it be fixed and is it worth fixing? She always had the camera on her. Shes kinda lost with out her camera.

If it can't be fixed. I'd like to buy her a camera for her birthday. She mostly takes candid and group shots of the gang.

I'm banging my head against the fall trying to select a camera. I'm considering the following cameras: :mad2:
Olympus FE 280 for $180
Olympus Stylus 820 for $214
Fuji Z10 for $178

Which should I buy and or stay away from and from which website shoul I buy it? :idea:

You can pretty much tell which sites to stay away from by the previous posts in this forum but with only one week left you're gonna have to pay for rush shipping.
I'd suggest B&H but remember they aren't open fri nite to saturday nite.
