Help me decide: Fuji Finepix s5500/s5100 or Casio Exilim EX-Z750

I'm torn between these 2 cameras.

I'll be using it mainly for sport.

If anyone could help me decide which one to get, or even tell me a better camera in he same price range I would be extremely thnkful.

All I can say is that I am using a Fuji S5100 and find it to be a great camera. I have gotten some great results form this little SLR type camera. Go to this web page: S5000/S7000 Forum There are a lot of people to help.

I also use the S5100 fuji. If you are looking to getting a SLR down the road its the perfect camera for you. It lets you get used to setting the Expo, Apt, and so on. It fits well in your hand and really easy to use.

Can you use the 10x optical zoom when filming videos.

Also, is the 10x zoom as good as it would be on a more expesive camera?

The 10x zoom is great as far as I can tell. I would suggest going to your local best buy or compusa and trying one out.
