A good, small, easy to take around camera?
I'm new to digital camera's and I'm not too knowledgeable about them. I WAS going to get the Canon PowerShot SD850 8.0 MP but it seems to be discontinued. What's a good and convenient Camera?

    Thanks.

I think what you're looking for is the Hasselblad H3D :D. But seriously, my father has the SD770IS and he really loves it (and although the photos don't compare to an SLR they are much better than most other compact cameras can produce). You might want to take a look at that one or the SD890 that replaced the one you were looking at.

I have a Canon PowerShot SD450 which is a 5.0mp camera. I have been satisfied since I purchased it, and has been very portable friendly and easy to use, so I would recommend the Canon powershot camera's as a very convenient camera.

Budget wise I'm willing to spend a little more than $200.

The SD1100 comes very highly rated and is a solid choice. Very compact. And for that price, you can't beat the free 2GB flash card.

Another option to try is the Kodak Z1085IS. Now, I know what you're thinking. Kodak has been off it's game of late. But they're doing pretty good with the Z1085. Good quality stills from a 10MP camera, widescreen option, HD 720p video. I reviewed it over at DHQ and came away rather impressed, considering I'm a Canon man.
