flashes for finepix s7000

Hello all,
I have a fujifilm finepix s7000 and it has a hotshoe on it. I wanted to know if I could use the Nikon sb50dx speedlight with it... If not what flashes (hotshoe) can I use? It has no PC port so I am sort of limited....
