Can an olympus c 150 be used as a webcam?

Is it possible for an olympus c 150 to be used as a webcam? If so how does one use it? If it does not what are the best cameras for this purpose?

You can get a decent webcam now for nearly nothing at most electronnic stores. I have also seen webcams that are free after rebates or even owing you moeny after rebates. I say buy a dedicated webcam. It will be smaller and probably easier to hook up and use.
