My camera knob is broken. I have a sony DSC-L1. I'm not really sure what it's called. Does anybody know? The thing by the LCD screen that helps you navigate up, down, left, and right. Well. It's not working. Does anybody know where and if I can get a replacement part for my camera?

That is pretty much a customer service thing. Judging by the price of this camera you might be better of just getting a new one. I recomend canon.

To finD the name of the part you want look for the parts list (nomenclature), in your manual. DPreview.com calls it a "four way control button".
