Need some recommediations for budget camera...

Ok I have been reading reviews all day from cnet and other random sites.

I am looking to spend less then 200 dollars. I am not anywhere near a professional photographer all I want is something for vacations and random pics with friends. The most I will use it for is probably just to post on facebook or small pictures. My main two concerns are how long it takes between pictures. I dunno the professional term for this sorry. My other concern is the type of battery and battery life. I would prefer an ion battery, but that maybe impossible for the money I am willing to spend.

Well if you need anymore details I will answer anything. I was as descriptive as possible.

If you wanna know what I was thinking about it was the new Nikon Coolpix S230 and the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W230.
