Delkin Picture Pad, need help

I am trying to download images from this device to my computer. I open them in Adobe Photo Shop 7, there is a different image icon on my new folder (not JPEG) and I cannot view the image. An error message comes up on Adobe. Also, I cannot import images from this device, it does not come up as an option.

While I have a lot of experience with photography, the digital arena is new to me. I am not that computer savvy; do not presuppose a lot of knowledge in that area.

Does anyone currently use this device? Any suggestions and/or assistance is appreciated.
