Canon SD1400 and Light Graffiti?

I'm trying to find out how to change the settings so I can do some Light Graffiti. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

That's going to be a tough with your camera. To do light painting you need manual exposure controls so you can set your shutter speed and the Canon SD cameras don't offer manual shutter speed control. You can try shooting at night with the ISO at the lowest setting, but even then I don't think you're going to get the shutter to stay open long enough.

If you're getting more serious about photography this might be a good time to start looking at new cameras. You can get relatively inexpensive compact cameras that have full manual exposure controls.
